At Parent Sidekick, my purpose is to help you ignite and reinvigorate your role as your child's "first teacher" and to embrace the world that surrounds them. I like to call it the "first school" or "life school."

Through my parent coaching programs and educational tools and resources, my role is to support the entire village that surrounds your child's development, starting with YOU, the courageous parents. I am here to listen, guide you, offer strategy, lend my expertise, pull from my myriad years of teaching, parenting, creating and exploring, in order to support your absolutely crucial and beautiful role as a parent or guardian.

Hi, I’m Travis! Or as so many of my students and clients like to refer to me, Teacher Travis. I’ve been an educator for 20+ years in multiple school learning environments across the country, teaching through various approaches (20th Century Learning, Montessori, outdoor and experiential, IB, and Reggio Emilia to name a few).

After working with thousands of students and families over the years, parents and the home learning environment are now the focal point of my work and passion. I would like to be a support system for your child's development and learning experience starting right at home with you, the courageous parent.
