Here are eight engaging prompts to help jumpstart your deep reflection as you enter a new year of parenting, partnering and being you.
Take a minute to look over them and feel free to doodle or write whatever comes to mind in a journal or a voicenote on your phone, let it be an intentional dinner table conversation with your family, a moment of connection with your partner or simply a mediation on a walk or a hike.
Consider printing the image and putting it on your refrigerator, by a mirror or bedside, or using as a bookmark for continued reflection and reference.

“Take the ‘NO’ Challenge”
One of the easiest things to do as a parent or caregiver to try and create boundaries and a “sense” of safety is to say “no” or “don’t do that." It’s a knee-jerk reaction in most cases, but the word “no” so readily becomes a part of the communication with kids.
What could be possible if we became aware of the tendency to say it and then to try something different?
